The scope of LIVE-IN services remains the same. We will adapt the legal and financial setting of cooperation to the specific owner and his real estate.
Rental model
With this model, LIVE-IN acts as a tenant and ensures the agreed operation of the apartment. The conditions are made up of the individual rental agreement and the relevant version of the General Rental Conditions.
Before signing, we will explain how the rent is calculated, the distribution of energy costs, handing over the apartment and equipment, personal use and termination rules.
Unambiguous handover
Keys and accesses are confirmed separately. We will document the condition of the apartment and equipment with a video recording. If, according to the contract, LIVE-IN pays for the energy, the meter readings will also be updated.
Range for your apartment
Apartment preparation, presentation, reservations, communication with guests, cleaning, laundry and maintenance coordination will be agreed according to the chosen scope. A separate management agreement and a lease agreement have a different legal and financial mechanism.
The current rental model works with VNP N_1.1. The effective date of this upcoming version has not yet been determined; this page is an overview of the cooperation, not the wording of the effective VNP. Existing contracts remain bound by their specific terms.
