Your tenant will be our company LIVE-IN International. We will be responsible for everything related to the rental of the apartment from paying the rent, keeping the home tidy to keeping the property clean.
Our customers are people travelling for work, mostly from abroad but also occasional visitors to the city. They all have to go through an identity check before they are given access to the property.
Through our booking platforms, your property is automatically insured up to €1 million with each booking. Any damage caused by our customers must be repaired immediately to ensure the property is ready for the next customer.
All routine maintenance up to 250 euros is our responsibility. Maintenance and repairs on properties above 250 euros are handled by us at the owner's expense, after prior agreement with the property owner.
By all guests travelling on purpose for a short period of time, they spend less time in the property than regular tenants. Also, after each guest, the property is thoroughly inspected and thoroughly cleaned to make it ready for the next.The property will always be in perfect condition.
