The commission for short-term management is 17%. In a specific offer, we will explain its calculation, the agreed scope and other costs associated with operation.
What to compare except percentage
See platform fees, cleaning and laundry, energy, materials, maintenance and preparation of the apartment. Each relevant item should have an explanation of who pays for it and whether it is included in the service.
Long-term rental management
Send us basic information about the apartment. We will agree on the scope of the service and prepare a separate price offer.
Real estate services
Selling and buying have their own scope and reward. The commission for the short-term management is not the price of the real estate service. We will review the conditions for a specific property.
