Which rental model is suitable for my apartment?
It depends on the location, condition, equipment, availability and your goal. During the assessment, we compare the options and explain the assumptions.
How much does short term management cost?
The commission for short-term management is 17%. In a specific offer, we will state the basis of its calculation and the costs charged separately.
Does short-term rental automatically mean a higher return?
Not for every apartment. Income after relevant costs, availability and the course of the year are decided. Therefore, we assess a specific property.
Does the apartment have to be furnished?
For short-term stays, it needs suitable equipment. During the assessment, we will review the condition of the apartment and suggest the necessary preparation. In case of long-term rental, it depends on the selected offer.
Who handles cleaning and repairs?
For short-term management, we coordinate the agreed care between stays. We will determine the scope, billing and rules for approval of repairs before the start of cooperation.
Can I use the apartment myself?
We will go over the requirements for our own use before the agreement. The availability of the apartment must correspond to the existing reservations and the conditions of the selected model.
Do you offer guaranteed rent?
We assess the possibility of fixed rent individually. Availability, amount and obligations depend on the specific offer and agreement.
What if I want to sell my apartment?
We handle the sale through a separate real estate service. If the apartment is rented, we will adapt the procedure to the existing agreements.
How soon can we start?
The deadline depends on the readiness of the apartment and the agreed scope. We will determine the specific plan after the assessment.
