Renting for shorter stays means regular work with reservations, price, communication and preparation of the apartment. LIVE-IN takes over the agreed management and sets the responsibilities so that you have an overview of your property.

From the prepared apartment to the guest's stay

We will first assess the condition and equipment. We will propose modifications that are of practical importance for the stay and operation. We will then prepare a presentation and set up an offer on the selected booking channels.

During the rental period, we manage reservations, work with prices and provide guests with agreed information. We coordinate cleaning and laundry between stays. We handle the necessary maintenance according to the approved scope and budget.

Your overview of the result

In the statement, income from stays, individual costs, commission for management and the amount for the owner are distinguished. When comparing, we follow the same period and the same range of items.

Management fees

The commission for short-term management is 17 %. Your individual offer explains the calculation basis, whether VAT is included, and the costs of cleaning, linen, platforms and maintenance.

Is this model suitable for your apartment?
