Long-term rental with clear responsibility
If you prefer a longer rental relationship, we will help you with the apartment rental and the agreed interim management. We will set the scope according to what you want to solve yourself and what LIVE-IN will take over.
Preparation and rental
We will assess the condition of the apartment and prepare a presentation. We coordinate communication with interested parties and inspections. We will agree on the procedure for selecting a tenant and preparing documentation. The handover records the condition of the apartment, equipment and meters.
Management during the lease
The agreed management may include tracking payments, communicating with the tenant, coordinating maintenance and checking the condition of the property. We will determine the frequency of inspections and approval of costs in a specific agreement.

You can get the price and scope of long-term management in an individual offer. You will get an overview of what includes renting an apartment, ongoing management and any separate services.
From choosing a tenant to handing over
We will go over the applicant's references and documents, the terms of the lease, the deposit and the handover protocol. During the cooperation, we coordinate the agreed tracking of payments, communication, checks and service. The inspection interval and representation towards the house manager will be determined in the contract.
