From visual inspiration to equipment that really fits into the apartment.
On Instagram, we show how we base our interior design on photos of the room, existing materials, and visual inspiration. In one of the examples, light wood became the starting point for the Scandinavian style with soft colors.
Design helps to find direction
AI visualization can make it easier to decide on the colors, layout and mood of a space. Then follows the search for real products according to the budget. As we also explain in our posts, visualization is inspiration; by itself it does not show a finished apartment.
Dimensions are decisive
Before ordering, you must check the width of the furniture, the passage around the bed, the opening of the door and the location of the drawers. An image that looks dominant in the visualization may actually be small. The same difference can arise with the color or scale of the furniture.
Our handy checklist
- Measure the space and record the fixed elements.
- Determine what equipment remains and what is missing.
- Choose a visual direction and a financial framework.
- Verify the dimensions, availability and materials of specific products.
- After implementation, check the functionality and take a photo of the actual condition.
The guest should see what he gets
We do not confuse the visualization with a photo of the finished accommodation. The offer should truthfully show the space and equipment. Airbnb recommends keeping photos and descriptions accurate, so that the guest knows what to expect.
For the owner, a good design makes sense when it can be reasonably implemented and the apartment will function even during daily operation.
