Before creating an ad, we will assess together who your apartment might suit. Guests can come for work, family or the city. The address is just the beginning: transportation, parking, availability, comfort and true presentation also matter.
Start with a specific apartment
We need basic data and access to the apartment from you. LIVE-IN will check the number of bedrooms, real capacity, equipment and availability. The elevator, air conditioning, work area or parking should be described precisely in the offer. In the presentation, we present the properties that correspond to the real apartment.
Check the responsibilities before starting
Regular rental and provision of accommodation services may have a different regime. The range of services provided is also decisive. Check the specific procedure with the accountant and the relevant authorities; the general statement that no authorization is needed is not a good guide.
Current information can be found on the website Slovak Financial Administration and cities Bratislava - accommodation tax. Accommodation tax is a separate matter and should not be confused with VAT.
The course of the stay will be prepared by LIVE-IN
LIVE-IN prepares the presentation, rules and instructions for arrival, ensures communication with guests and coordination of cleaning and supplies to the agreed extent. We need information from the owner about house rules, equipment and known restrictions. We will agree on the division of repairs and costs in advance.
We will evaluate the results with you
LIVE-IN works with price, nights sold, length of stay and costs. We provide the owner with an overview according to the agreed cooperation model. One strong month does not represent the whole year. Basic data and photos of the apartment are enough for the first interview with LIVE-IN; we will prepare a detailed plan according to his possibilities.
