You don't have to deal with the preparation of the apartment yourself. LIVE-IN will review its condition and equipment with you, suggest the necessary additions and prepare the operation within the agreed scope.
What LIVE-IN will provide
We will prepare instructions for arrival and departure, rules of stay and communication with guests. We coordinate cleaning, clean linen, towels and replenishment of supplies according to the agreed standard. We will also take care of the presentation and setting of reservations.
What we need from the owner
Making the apartment available, information about its condition and known defects, keys and necessary documents for equipment. Together we will agree on the scope of cooperation, the budget and possible repairs or additions. We will go over larger investments with you first.
Comfort first. Then the decorations.
During the inspection, we will focus on the bed and mattress, blackout, lighting, Wi-Fi, kitchen and bathroom. We will set the number of towels and linen according to capacity. You will receive equipment recommendations from us; you don't have to compile an operating checklist yourself.
We will check the details before the first guest
Within the agreed scope, we will check the readiness of the apartment, access and instructions for guests. We will record the status upon receipt according to the specific contract. In this way, the owner knows what he has handed over, what still needs to be added and who will take care of the next steps.
